Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 4/5 days for the refund to process.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
